I enjoy colouring it seems to take away the stress of the day there are some really good colouring books out now sometimes it can take a while to complete a picture. I also enjoy doing dot to dot.

No I've only done colouring in as child, but lately I've bought an adult colouring book, but I've done oil painting in my teens at school, I do word searches & have played chess with my computer!!, I've always enjoyed keeping my mind & brain active despite being disabled.
