Tai chi is a martial art that originated thousands of years ago. It is practised worldwide and is well known for having slow and controlled movements. Regular practice of Tai Chi can benefit our physical and mental well-being, with a low-impact, full-body workout using all of the major muscle groups.

These online interactive classes have been adapted from outdoor activity to an accessible indoor practice so everyone can do it – even with limited space at home.
