The course includes weekly classes every Friday from 2-3 pm, where you’ll learn a variety of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices to help you release tension, reduce stress, and increase vitality. Catch-up recordings of classes will be available to watch on demand if you miss a session, so you can start at any time.

Each class will focus on a different chakra, starting with the root chakra and working up through the body to the crown chakra, giving you a comprehensive understanding of your energetic anatomy and how to optimize it.
