Live Yoga Classes

Led by expert instructors

Yoga is a mind-body exercise that has been practised for centuries. It incorporates movements and postures for balance, strength, resistance and flexibility, as well as stretches and breathing routines. In people over 60, yoga has been shown to improve health-related quality of life, mental well-being, balance and flexibility.

You’re never too old to start yoga, and you don’t need to be flexible. Practising yoga improves your flexibility which can help to make daily activities easier.
