I'm quite lucky I suppose but as a regular swimmer I notice my hair is a bit dry. I've used regular good conditioners and that helps a bit but recently I got some Argan Oil hair mask and that really does make a difference.
Of course you are not only washing out the chlorine from the pool if like me you go two or three times a week and wash and dry your hair at the pool you are exposing your hair to heat damage as well as the chlorine factor.
I do try minimal washing and conditioner and even use Vitapoint which is as old as the hills and that helps a bit .
To other swimmers this might be helpful advice.
