You’re as young as your gut feels

How do we solve the paradox of wanting to live to a ripe old age, but still enjoy the benefits of youth?

The answer lies in your gut!

So many of the digestive disorders that seem to hit us in our later decades are not just a function of age, but a by-product of the way we have lived over the decades. Our gut bugs determine our health over the years. And these bugs are not just linked to the health of our tummies – yes, they are certainly at the root of gut issues such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, uncomfortable bloating, embarrassing gas and episodes of constipation or diarrhoea, but they are also in the driving seat when it comes to bowel (and other) cancers, Alzheimer’s, arthritis, our skin condition, our weight, our mood, our ability to fight off infections – in fact, pretty much every aspect linked to the quality of life.

My name is Linda Booth. I was born in 1960, so I’m in my final year as a 50-something. I feel full of vitality, and I’m looking forward to turning 60! With ageing comes freedom. Freedom to wear what you want; freedom to say what you want (within reason); freedom to travel; freedom to choose who you spend your time with – and freedom to live longer and healthier lives.

I’ve been a natural health practitioner for over 27 years, running a busy clinic alongside my physiotherapist husband. Four years ago, I reached a turning point – fed up of people being given incorrect advice and wasting their time and money on poor quality, expensive supplements, I decided to develop my Just For Tummies range of digestive health supplements and you can see the range by clicking on the image below.

When it comes to redressing the balance of our gut bugs to improve the health of our digestive system, boost our immune system, and live a more energetic life, more often than not, all it takes is the introduction of probiotics.

“Within 3-4 days of taking Just For Tummies Live Bacteria probiotic capsules and the Digestive Enzymes tablets, I feel so much better and back to my old self – indeed, I am a new woman!” (Kate Waterton)

Once you know what to do to resolve your digestive and gut issues, you can carry on living the best years of your life, with plenty of energy, clarity of mind, and a positive attitude.
