I have complained twice now with my purchase of shoulders of pork when cooked they simply fell to pieces.
I was very proud to be a butcher with skills since the age of 15, and was an instructor of butchery at the School of Cookery.
Now into my 80s, I can still master a butchers knife correctly - For meat for the public please butcher your meat correctly. Please
