TV political debates are purely for the entertainment of political journalists - debates which give them ideas about how to analyse the current political situation. It must be quite interesting for them to know that we are not influenced by what journalists think, nor their political comment.! Journalists have nothing to contribute to society so I don't know why the TV companies continue with the mindless exercise of asking journalists to analyse every situation which happens. They seem to fail to realise that we just use journalists mindless chatter as background noise! I like my news to be just that - information - not analysis!
