Need help understanding how to post individuallyWell I tried again I put the topic in (Happy Shopper) but the Category box turned pink so I clicked on it and a list came up with various topics under different category's. I clicked on General again but it was not having any of it. The only way I could post like I said earlier was to click on one of the other topics. But which because none say anything about shopping. I guess I will leave it. It is not like I am new to forums I am a member of others and find it pretty easy normally. This one does seem a pretty complicated forum, I find it easy to post on other peoples topics but cannot open one of my own.? Never mind thanks for trying to help.ViewDate:

Who would like to discuss television programmes or series?I was the same with CIS Miami I loved watching it but hated watching the spin offs. I think it all boiled down to the bikini clad women on the beech's really.. lol In my Vuze library I have a list of US series that I watch they are in groups as one series ends another starts so I am never without things to watch. Between Limetorrent and Pirate Bay I can watch all the latest movies as well as new series that my daughter keeps passing onto me from her skyfy channel. It really all boils down to me being tight and not paying for anything like Netflix. Although now and again I take up their option of 30 days free trial and cancel on the 29th day..lol Enjoy your viewing.ViewDate:

Pen palsWhen I was around 12yrs old I remember visiting Whitby with the school and I picked up a bottle on the beach with a message inside it was a girls name and her address somewhere in Wales. I wrote her and we passed messages for about 3yrs. Me being in a kind of boarding school it was a nice past time. Anyways when I eventually left school I just stopped writing her. I often wonder why I never kept it up and if the school had a pile of letters waiting for me to collect. Alas the school is no more and I out grew the pen pal writing and found football and bikes and girls..lol But I remember it was great at the time, good luck to all you pp's out there I hope you find great companionship resulting from your pen's.ViewDate:

Model boat racingI often see the odd boat in the reeds of our local park but never actually seen them racing. We have 2 big lakes and mostly they are fished. I did try a few months back to try and grab one that was close to the bank but failed miserably. We must of looked a right sight 6.30am my JR barking at me (like she was telling me not to do it) and me stretching with this big branch trying to get the boat. Luckily no one was about except one other dog walker, we had a good laugh about it. But I would love to see the lakes being used more for those kind of purposes. Enjoy your hobby.ViewDate:

Does anyone else play the Ukulele?I actually thought about it a few months back because of all the spare time I have in the winter months,(being stuck indoors). But I chose the guitar instead. Silly me I started getting really bad neck pains (more than usual) doc sent me for x.rays. I just presumed it was all the bending over the guitar, having had neck problems since my 30's when I chipped the top 3 vertebra playing footy. Anyways I have now been dx with Spondylitis and I have put the guitar to one side for the time being. I did buy 2 ukulele for a couple of my grandkids last Christmas one as taken to it like a fish to water the other not so much. Perhaps I may get a swap. .lol Hope you have good times with yours. I am thinking now maybe a triangle might ..lolololViewDate:

Who would like to discuss television programmes or series?Friends normally comment on tv series that they watch but over the years I have moved away from the tv screen and become a computer surfer for downloading series. Normally I keep my ear's open in case there is a good new series coming along on the TV but mainly I either use Pirate Bay/Limetorrents to download series mainly from the US. I see NCIS got a mention I love that show but its hard to get into the spin offs NCIS LA for me is not the same and that southern drawl of the New Orleans NCIS really grinds on me. I like a lot of skyfy but also I have just finished watching everyone of the Midsomer Murders series on Putlocker which is a freebie but can be a pain in the rear end if you don't know what you are doing.ViewDate:

Windows 10 does anybody use it?My biggest problem on 10 is "windows edge" it is a right pain in the rear end. It also seems to fetch loads of add on with it. Thinking of reverting to a decent search engine. Otherwise win 10 seems ok although like most in the beginning I was having problems.
