Since we started in 2017, we’ve happily served over 700,000 customers with our delicious meals, all proudly cooked right here in UK kitchens, and using UK-sourced ingredients wherever possible, including Red Tractor-standard beef and UK-reared poultry. All of our food is cooked using our innovative process, in which meals are vacuum sealed prior to cooking, then cooked low and slow in a process similar to home pressure cooking. This makes our meals shelf-stable, and they can be stored at room temperature in the cupboard without adding artificial preservatives – and without taking up precious fridge and freezer space.
Because the meals are pre-cooked they only need to be heated up prior to serving, meaning they are microwave-ready in just minutes for a delicious meal on your terms. With our meals perfectly portioned for one, and “hearty” options for the bigger appetite, you don’t need to worry about purchasing ingredients, or spending hours peeling, chopping and stirring. Plus, heating a Parsley Box meal in the microwave takes a fraction of the energy of making a meal in the oven – saving you precious pounds on your energy bill.
With no set menus or ongoing subscriptions, we offer over 50 meals ranging from comforting British classics such as pies, stews and hotpots, to international favourites including Sweet & Sour Chicken and Lasagne. For a little extra or a lighter bite, there is a huge selection of delicious soups, starters, sides and puddings, meaning there’s a delicious option for every occasion.
We additionally cater for a range of dietary requirements – with vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and more options available to ensure that, whatever you need, Parsley Box has the perfect choice for your dinnertime.
