Award Winning Retirement Developer extends Stamp Duty Period
With the Government Stamp Duty holiday coming to an end, Rangeford Villages has decided to extend the full stamp duty relief for legal completions by 27th August 21. The incentive will provide a welcome relief for the over 60s community.
Rangeford Villages said the extension will apply to all new build homes at its Wadswick Green or Mickle Hill villages, saving up to £15,000. And, contrary to common perception, potential residents do not necessarily have to sell their current home before choosing their new home at one of the villages.
All incoming residents at Wadswick Green in Corsham, Wiltshire, and Mickle Hill in Pickering, North Yorkshire, will be eligible for this fantastic saving if they reserve by 30th June 21 and legally complete by 27th August 21.
Wadswick Green is a beautiful contemporary village created in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, just eight miles from Bath and under three miles from Corsham’s pretty town centre, with spacious homes built especially for the over 60s. The collection of homes includes one, two and three bedroom apartments set among 25 acres of landscaped beautiful grounds. Apartments start from £219,950 and range up to £669,500.
Mickle Hill offers retirees a supportive community conveniently located in the lively and picturesque village of Pickering, with its independent shops and historic attractions at the gateway to the North York Moors. Spacious one and two bed apartments and two bedroom bungalows are available from £165,950 and range up to £345,000.
Rangeford Village residents can choose to be as relaxed or as active as they please and will have access to an array of groups and clubs for an enriched life including fitness classes at the gym, walking clubs, Zumba, dance, boules, arts and crafts and book clubs. Optional tailored wellbeing plans will also be available to help residents seamlessly transition into their new home and integrate themselves into village life.
Support services, including CQC rated care service, are available from the village team who can tailor planned support with daily tasks such as getting dressed, washing, preparing meals, housekeeping and even companionship. Both villages offer guest suite facilities which are available to family and friends, providing comfortable accommodation for visiting guests.
