Oliver Onion

Just for fun. Pen to paper   #TryingTuesday

Oliver Onion

I’m a little onion,
short and sweet,
Don’t chop me up,
just keep me neat.

Keep me in the living room,
keep me at your seat,
Keep me where you roam your home,
All onions welcome to the fleet!

Leave me as a whole,
Take off my outer skin,
Let’s get this evil virus and put it in the bin!
It may be an ‘Old’s tale, it may be just a Myth,
bring it on Coronavirus,
Come enjoy a whiff!

We are all in this together, so why not give us a try,
if nothing else – we are sure to make you cry
