Slow Down

Take a deep breath
And slow yourself down
Sit in your garden
And look all around
For the world can be
A much better place
And let Mother Nature
Show you her grace

Be calm in yourself
And listen to the sounds
For we are only a part
Of this place we call home
Duty bound to protect
The places we roam
