Would you go public if you won the jackpot?

The dilemma of what to do with a huge lottery win is the stuff of dreams for most people, but if you won, would you keep it a secret or go public?

Before Joe and Jess Thwaite announced their record-breaking £184 million EuroMillions’ jackpot win, just six UK winners who had bagged more than £100 million in the National Lottery had made the decision to go public.

The jackpot winners will share how they plan to spend the millions and how it will transform the lives of their family, the National Lottery operator added.

A total of 15 players have won a jackpot of more than £100m in the history of the National Lottery.
