Discover the food and wine of Médoc with James Martin

One of our best-loved chefs, James Martin, started his career there as a trainee in the Michelin-starred Hostellerie de Plaisance in Saint-Émilion in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region and has been going back to this beautiful part of France ever since.

Get a taste of the Bordeaux with Raymond Blanc

Another opportunity to explore beautiful Bordeaux and the Médoc wine region comes in October next year, when celebrated French chef Raymond Blanc will be joining us for an exclusive gourmet cruise along the Garonne and Dordogne rivers.

On this seven-night all-inclusive river cruise, you’ll wind your way through the picturesque countryside, visiting exceptional traditional wineries and charming châteaux. You’ll be able to soak up some of France’s most idyllic landscapes from the comfort of your ship.

Raymond Blanc will host an interactive cooking demonstration of some of his favourite dishes, answer your questions in a Q&A session, and sign a copy of one of his cookbooks for you.
