The best of Chuck Berry

Often labelled the ‘true king of rock n’ roll’ Chuck Berry is one of the most influential musicians of the last 100 years.

His instrumental style and lyrical attitude shaped the genre of rock and roll and was an inspiration for some of the most iconic bands of all time – bands like The Beatles, Rolling Stones and Beach Boys all sampled heavily from Chuck Berry’s signature guitar riffs and melodies.

The legend from St Louis passed away at the age of 90 – today we’re celebrating his life and career with a look back at some of his most famous songs.
