Summer may be over but that doesn’t mean you need to give up on grilling – today we’ve put together three delicious kebab recipes that you can enjoy any season.

They’re quick to put together, easy to cook and delicious as a starter, side or main course.

Halloumi, beetroot and courgette kebabs

While grilling is usually associated with meat eaters, there’s plenty of great vegetarian options out there too. These pomegranate and cumin-infused beetroot, halloumi, and courgette kebabs in lime and toasted cumin seed dressing make for a great vegetarian main or a side dish for your next dinner.

Lamb Kebabs with Orange and Watercress Couscous

This tasty lamb kebab recipe is perfect for the grill. So simple to make, it’s great for feeding a crowd, and the peppery addition of the watercress adds an extra dimension.

Chicken Shashlik Salad


Take lunch or dinner up a step with this delicious and aromatic chicken shashlik salad recipe. The warm cumin and sweet honey create the perfect marinade for the chicken and make for an easy lunch on the go when prepared and wrapped ahead.
