It’s Who We Are

Imagination is our ability to process hope and anxiety,
Instinct a gift that enables us to anticipate danger,
Hesitation is a safety net that allows us time to consider,
Impulsiveness, the driving force of risk.

Faith is absolute belief, conviction of what is good,
Confidence, a surety based on knowledge,
Uncertainty, indecision, a fear deep within,
Trepidation, the building blocks of doubt.

Thoughtfulness, a strength based on consideration
Respect, the admiration of others, and of yourself,
Ignorance, the insecurity of fools,
Recklessness, the irresponsible reaction to higher rewards.

Appreciation, the approval of positive response,
Trust, the expectancy of equal reliance,
Sincerity, the honesty of openness,
Love, the loyal devotion to another….. beyond reproach.
