Not sure what all that was about!

Today I find
I’m in a bit of a frazzle,
As the latest updates
Say we can travel,

Yet I find this ‘announcement’,
Isn’t that clear
And none of my loved ones,
Live close or near

So the 2 Metre distance,
Must still be obeyed,
But I already see,
Some have more than just strayed!

Working from home
Is driving me insane,
But if I went into work
The office’s closed yet again.

I don’t have a car,
And don’t want to take a bus
So how can I get there?
Without making a fuss!

I can go to the park more,
I can sit in the sun,
Then when I get home
Go back out for a run,

Not able to navigate
A road maps no use,
And all that it’s doing
Is causing national abuse,

A DIY face mask
I’ll make one today
Whatever it takes
To keep Corona at bay!

But for now I’ll stay safe
And just ‘Stay at Home’,
Work through the list
Of friends I can phone,

As this graph they showed
Of blocks one to five,
Highlighting the R
And our fight to survive

Has made me think
What’s all this been for?
Is it safe to go out?
I’m scared and unsure!
