The Christmas Holiday

The Christmas Holiday

Presents to wrap and rush-ing around,
I better not forget my Turkey crown.
But it’s all done in a fun way,
For the Christmas holiday.

A tree to pick and then to dress,
Remembering everything will be the test!
Humming the carol that’s hard to say
For the Christmas holiday.

Putting on the glitter togs,
Chopping up those Yule tide logs.
A Pudding to make that Grandma hogs
For the Christmas holiday.

Family and friends to laugh and cheer,
Over the festive pies and beer,
Hot chocolate for Santa he’s driving a sleigh
As the Christmas holiday is near,

So let us all drink to Christmas
To mince pies and good health
And hope all this spending
Does not dry up all our wealth!

Yes, Christmas is here!

Happy Christmas.
