House sitting opportunities over Christmas!
Here at TrustedHouseSitters.com HQ everyone keeps getting tempted to zip off and house sit for the holidays – if only we had the time!
In the past week alone we’ve had a wide range of new UK house sits – from a beautiful Grade 2 listed home in Bristol (with open fires and it’s own orchard!) – to the chance to take care of horses staying in a family home in a the middle of a deer park in rural Lincolnshire. There are city dwellers in London and across the UK that need help – dogs, cats and even bearded lizards whose owners are going away and are happy to have our registered sitters stay for free in exchange for taking care of their homes and pets.
Further afield sitters can seek winter sun in destinations from South Africa to Australia, Portugal and Spain. Or maybe if it’s a white Christmas you want then you could head to the Nordics or the Canadian mountains?
We are also featured now on Trust Pilot, an independent review site, this week Jane, a new sitter reviewed TrustedHousesitters.com to share her experiences of joining and becoming a sitter:
“As early retirees we registered only a few months ago and have now just completed our 3rd House/Pet sit in UK and in France. We are now booked for part of every month of 2015 right through to October!
Of course whilst it’s fun being a sitter – travelling all over, staying for free, meeting wonderful people… if you have pets then maybe you need a sitter so you can travel more, without the worry of pet care.
It’s been lovely to read about our pet owner experiences too – with some of our members finally feeling able to visit grandchildren overseas without the worry, or the cost, involved in finding someone who can take care of their pets.
Until Christmas Eve trustedhousesitters.com are offering Silvercard+ holders an exclusive 30% discount on membership. To find out more about TrustedHousesitters.com click here ←
