Autumn Lamb with Blackberries and Honey

This recipe is for an original, seasonal take on a roasted leg of lamb, using blackberries and honey to glaze the meat.  So delicious and makes a great alternative to traditional redcurrant and mint glazes.

Boneless Rib of Beef with Caramelised Shallots 

This recipe is perfect for a big family lunch or celebration. The boneless rib or sirloin joint pairs beautifully with thyme butter, roasted shallots and madeira gravy.
