Believe

There are two Christmas stories which if any do you believe
Both appeal to children to some are thought of as naive
One is about a Christ child who long ago came down to earth
The other of a benevolent man full of joy and mirth

The babe is Gods only son born to save us from mortal sin
Through his ultimate sacrifice if we believe in him
While the jolly man known as Santa Claus and his nine reindeer
Deliver toys magically worldwide on Christmas Eve every year

Are these tales fact or fiction remains totally up to you
Both have love personified that much evidently is true
Have a Merry Christmas with your friends and family
May the gift of faith be found underneath your Yuletide tree
