New and looking for friends!
Watch this postGreetings all! I am an active 60-year old woman living in Montreal, Canada. I am married but am rather introverted and don’t have many opportunities to make new friends. I love animals - I have a rescue dog and a cat - plants and nature. I always find the holidays a lonely time of year. Anyone else feeling the same?

I am in my late 70's. Active with a house and gardens to keep looking respectable.
I have two little mutts that enjoy walking in the bush with me. We have several different trails near by that we go to. A different one every day.
I love walking in the bush and they love not having to be on the leash all the time.
They are both rescues that were raised together in a puppy mill in Texas.
I am in Western Canada. The rescue organizations here often get dogs from the States where the pound does not keep them very long before they are euthanized.
Yes SeasonCA I also find the holiday seasons very difficult.
I"m not one for big gatherings. I much prefer just a half dozen close friends.
Bit of an introvert I guess. I don't have any family around
I love typing and miss working. My fingers still work fine for typing but no one wants to hire an old lady.
