I wanted to share some information about The Menopause Cafe and their first ever virtual menopause festival #FlushFest2021 as their work might be of interest to those of you looking to discuss your menopause symptoms openly. #FlushFest2021 is a volunteer run festival whose aim is to inspire and educate people of all ages and genders about menopause whilst having lots of fun along the way. This year it’s going virtual on 30th April and 1st May! The Friday focus is on Menopause in the workplace followed by a hilarious stand-up act. Saturday’s focus is on Menopause more broadly followed by a brilliantly entertaining cabaret. Find out more at the link below or find us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn. www.menopausecafe.net/menopause-festival-2021-flushfest2021/?utm_source=social&utm_medium=posts&utm_campaign=tsc

Hello everyone - Does anyone have any tips for regular waking during the night. I usually wake a lot and often for a couple of hours. With a full-time job this is really hard to manage - thank you in advance

I recently turned 53 and I have not had a period for a little over 4 years. My doctor prescribed estrogen which I’ve been on go 1 week. I feel like I’m going to start my period again with terrible cramping and pain in my ovaries. It would be great to have a forum to chat with others about how they have or are dealing with the lack of estrogen and its effects and any natural ways through herbs and diets. Also how to deal with decreased sex drive. Hope this isn’t too personal. I’m new to this and have never been in a forum before. Thank you
