Meditation breathing tecniques

Hi, I have just taken up Mediation and I would like to find out about ways of breathing techniques - is it hard to learn?

I am using the BP Doctor smart watch, which provides breathing training functions and is a very useful technological gadget.

Good evening , breathing for meditation is quite simple , get yourself in a relaxing position , and breath deeply and out gently slowly , clear your mind of all that worries you , its like a blank screen , if done properly , its like having , 8 hours sleep , you feel great ,
