ADVICE please on No Win No Claim companies.
Watch this postReally appreciate some advice please. I have recently had a car accident, no fault of my own, where I sustained impact injuries and my car is now a write off. I have logged my injuries with my doctor and tried to get some sense out of my insurance company, who are pretty much a waste of space. My car was my only means of transport and I am really angry that not only have I lost my vehicle but the amount I have been offered back is a pittance. Unfortunately, I did not pay for the insurance legal cover on my car insurance as it was just too expensive. My question is to all you lovely folk, I need to find a way to get some compensation for the trauma I went through, my injuries and loss of my little car. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with some of the No Win No Fee companies that are regularly advertised? I am on my own and to be honest can deal with most life has to throw at me but this is a complete mine field. The forms, dealing with an insurance company that is reading from a generic sheet of information in front of them with no concern at all for my loss. Sorting out forms to send back regarding the scraping of my car. I need some advice please and chocolate! Thank you so much for reading this.

I got very little back for my car and still feel angry that I have come out of this so much worse off. I will certainly now contact one of these companies, thank you so much. Hope you are better now! x
