I love the idea of foraging and making your own tinctures.
I live in the South West - back and forth between Berks/Surrey and home here in Cornwall.
I have foraging/foragers literally on my doorstep, widowed 2022 and still getting used to it. just haven't had time to participate, will start this year. Have tried making essential oils from my lavender in the garden but not much else other than Swedish Bitters as they are so good for digestive system.
Have always been interested in the gut biome, natural remedies and food as medicine and am delighted to see that science and medical professions are beginning to acknowledge the significance of digestive health. Where in the UK are you?
