Watch this postI don't buy it, I believe it's a natural earth cycle like the periodic Ice Ages, its a ploy to push forward unreliable technologies and dupe the public into the false idea of an all-electric future, it has worked on many who have foolishly bought expensive electric vehicles where the very expensive batteries will expire quickly due to the rapid charge required to compete with popping into a filling station to fill tour tank, why buy the 'more sensible' self charging hybrid when they will cease production in a mere 7 years.
It's one big con.

The earth has been getting warmer or we would still be in the ice age
It may take 1 year it may take a 1000 years but it will destroy humanity eventually, personally I think there are far more immediate threats to life on earth nukes or the next accident in Wuhan that we might not survive, the wrong sort of virus could easily wipe out all life on earth.
Having said that I don't really care I've had a great life and wont be around for the pending disaster which ever form it takes.
All life forms eventually become extinct and humans are no exception so just enjoy the ride.
This is a bit like the promise of all religions and politicians, make sacrifices now and we will have a better tomorrow, we die and there is no more so in reality there is nothing worth worrying about anything else is just wishful thinking.
