Just joined today to say Hi and looking forward to chatting with you. I’m a 58 year old Widow with a grown up family who have all flown the nest. No grandchildren as yet. Still work so keeping sane ….ish!

love to chat my daughter and family are next door they are good but somehow i feel like a spare wheel
my wife has dememtia and does not speak much i think keeping sane that horse has bolted

yes my daughter and son in law and grandson are absolutly marvelous with my wife and i cannot say the pleasure it brings me being next to them
looking on the bright side where would i be without the problems my wife brings me i would be bored as well as lonely

Aww I’m sure they’re more obstacles than problems but glad you’re coping well. You need to take time to look after yourself too you. Make sure you do something you enjoy doing and get out and about even if it’s just once a fortnight or so.
