Looking for a cheap or free motorhome-camper van

I'm looking for a motorhome or large campervan to travel Europe and parts of Africa. I'm a pensioner with a very small state pension and can't afford anything expensive, free would be great, asking a lot. Just need something with bare necessities, I can repair some things if needed but needs to be a runner and LHD.

I'm based in Spain, so easier if you are near here to see it otherwise get in touch with photos.

Hi Yes I suppose you are looking for a lot... obviously you have a driving license for international travel,
My story is I am also a pensioner and by April I hope to buy a motor home maybe in Spain and travel ?wherever
I would be prepared with the right person to take a traveling companion to share the journey and expenses, but we would have to get to know each other first as I am sure you can appreciate
Briefly I am happy single young at heart...adventurous fit and able..have my own hair and teeth
So that much for a start.

Don't know about mainland Europe, but since our new friend COVID came along prices in the UK have shot up and even quite ropey stuff is attracting good money. If you are half handy at repairs you might get a fixer upper at a reasonable price. Have just been browsing Autotrader, as you do, and found a SEAT Terra (all of 40 bhp new) and that was advertised for £5995. With people able to work from home/not required to visit an office regularly and the growth in travelling bloggers. demand has led to prices rising in response.
