Activity Trackers
Watch this postI want something that makes me get up and move about. I've been looking at these activity trackers but they track too many activities for what I need. Does anyone use one of these and how do you find it? I want something to remind me to move, track my sleep pattern, count my walking steps and monitor my heart health. I don't need swimming, running, cycling, jogging or gym activities.

It's got no frills - just tells you how much you've been active and sleeping, but one thing I really like about it a lot is that it tells you how long you've stayed out of the house, which is probably more important to me than the steps!
I tried the Samsung Health tracker but it was really too complicated with way more things than I wanted... but I do still think waterfall's right - the best way to keep fit, whether tracking or not, is dancing!
It also checks heart rate, sleep pattern and you can add food intake which is helpful if you want to loose/gain weight. You get extra calories for exercise completed.
