Gallstones
Watch this postJust had a scan and they discovered 2 14mm gallstones and a thick lined gallbladder I have got to wait for an operation which could take up to a year.
I need to be on a fat free or low in fat diet. I am so bored with the food. As I've been eating it for a couple of months. Can anyone recommend a good cooking book?
Is it possible to dissolve the gallstones?

Commiserations! I had two gall stones the size of Oxo cubes and they were extremely painful when I had a flare up. If you look at Rosemary Conley's diet books, they might help you as she had gall stones and devised a diet to avoid having an operation. Good Luck!
