Hi, I'm a 69-year old retired teacher living in London, Ontario, Canada. I retired a few years ago and, although I keep fairly busy quilting and writing, I really miss the contact with work buddies/friends on a daily basis. I'm married, but my husband is a little younger and works part-time. I would love to "meet" other seniors to chat with and to share experiences. Joan

Hi I live in England U. K. I am 63 years old retired teaching assistant. Like you I keep busy reading, doing word puzzles etc, but I too miss the daily contact with work buddies/friends. My husband retired at Christmas but due to family commitments it's hard to get out and about. I have four daughters , 2 of them live with us, 2 live an hours drive away ( that's when traffic is good ). Our 3rd grandson was born 3 weeks ago so we will spend some time visiting him along with seeing our other grandson. Our eldest grandson lives with us and his mother. Life is a little hectic but sometimes you need someone just to chat to.

I'm the same Abigail, I'm 71 year old male, my wife works, and I get bored at home with no one to chat with, and have a laugh.
