How do you run your central heating?

Autumn is here and we are now using our central heating, how do you run yours?

We run ours in a semi-manual way.

We have the boiler and house thermostat, the boiler is manually turned off every night, and at about 7-30am it is turned on and only the kitchen radiator is opened, at about 9-00am the sitting room radiator is turned on so that about 11am the room is comfortable the radiator is turned off at about 5-30pm and the room stops comfortably for the next couple of hours.

We very seldom use the bedroom radiators as the bedroom gets too warm in the night even when the house heating is off,

What is your system?
