Good morning from sunny Cape Town! I recently joined this website and have been navigating my way through all the information, rather confusing and by the looks of it, I am not alone. It will be good to have a chat, I love walking along the beach each day with my rescue pooch, Peggy.

Hello Everybody, I'm a newbie too, and have looked at a different forum but couldn't find how to join, but with this it was easier! I'm in Richmond upon Thames, not to be taken for the one in the north, and I have had a Stroke, but I still manage to do all sorts of things, like Pilates and Zumba and the theatre etc. I do have isolation problems so SilverSurfers will be great. Looking forward to it. Bye for now!
