Kind of Lonely
Watch this postHi everyone, I'm a 68 year old, unmarried guy, living by myself, Just looking for some friends to lessen the isolation.
Just a simple working class guy. I love doing DIY projects around the house. I also love reading (mostly history, bios, science stuff), movies, tv, bicycling around the local beach area.
Live in Michigan, USA. Come from a fairly large family (by today's standards). Down to 2 brothers and their families, one of whom moved to Virginia. I try to stay in contact with them, but they seem less interested in staying in touch than I am. Really miss getting together with family, especially around the holidays. I guess my social skills aren't so good because I have a hard time making friends. Hope to hear from some of you.

thanks for your reply. How does it work on this site, is there a way to reply privately, or does one continue in comments? My dog is a large black and tan French herding dog, a Beauceron. Her name is Daliah, she is eleven and has been with me since she was about ten weeks old. She is very friendly, gets along with other animals and always aims to please me.
You are lucky to have a garden. Flowers are lovely, but I personally also enjoy planting berries or vegetables. It would be nice to hear from you again,
