Hi,

Can't do anything about physical isolation but if you think striking up a correspondence would help in any way, drop me a line

Sending good vibes your way, regardless!

Hi KImmer. I opted for the "Chat" option because it's more reliable than these pages (sometimes difficult to loacte, replies don't always appear and often with delays etc).

Yes, diagnosed with RA back in 2013 and I won't have to tell you how it completely changed my life as I reckon you will already know about that aspect of it.

I'm fortunate in that they eventually found the right cocktail of meds, which allows me to have some good days, which I make the most of! As everything in life is about 'attitude', I try to stay as positive as I can (what you think is what you become, as they say). Easier said than done but... onward and upward! 🙂

I'm glad to learn that you found your best friend! We all lose touch too easily these days but the internet has brought a lot of old friends together.

Chat via email if you prefer, or in the Chat facility on this site. Whichever suits you best.

Wishing you well

Sara

Hi Kim, just seen your reply - will drop a missive to your email address in the morning as it's a bit late now.

Take care,

Sara

Hi John sorry your feeling so isolated! I too am living in a very small town so I know how you feel. Drop me a line anytime I like to talk about everything including politics and religion!
