If you want to chat on this site or by phone let me know.
Really appreciate your message. I have joined a couple of groups local to me. But not many widows involved. Most people have such busy lives nowadays. Have been a widow for almost a year now. I do not have any relations here in Kings Lynn. My son lives in Norwich. As you say weekends and evenings are hard being on your own. I did join Silver Surfers dating site., and met a guy whom I am in touch with. I have met him a couple of times, but he is a bit of a taker if you know what I mean, so have to be careful. It would be nice to have a bit of make company to just go out for a coffee or meal sometime. I am 78 but am quite active an full of energy.. I have a lot of craft interests so have plenty to occupy me, but still something is missing..
I have to say I don't use this site very often I would if you want someone to chat with. I have lived in Norfolk for some 40 odd years and it is great because we are all fairly close to the sea, countryside (before it all disappears with the NDR housing boom) and of course the city. Although I am not a gardener, but enjoy what others can achieve, I have, I believe, been to almost every garden centre in Norwich, but generally for the coffee and cake and Moulton Garden Centre in Acle have the biggest scones I have seen. What would you like to chat about?
