Nature lover

I am 82 and home alone with 2 dogs and enjoy hiking, snowshoeing in my woods of 40 acres.


I lost my wife to the Nursing Home two years ago with total dementia where she no longer knows anyone including me and she lost her ability to speak.


I stay busy to move on with my life to keep from getting depressed.


I enjoy fishing, hunting and hiking while birding and taking photos of birds.

OK WHERE THE HECK IS LINCOLNSHIRE? WHAT STATE? NEVER HEARED OF THIS PLACE. DON'T HAVE VERY MANY BIRDS THESE DAYS FOR ME TO WATCH GET VERY LARGE CROWS THAT ARE AS BIG AS MY FAT LAZY CAT NOW & THEN. THERE IS A OPOSUM THAT COMES BY EVERY NOW & THEN AROUND DARK & I THROW OUT AN APPLE FOR HIM OR HER. I SO LING TO BE ABLE TO LIVE IN THE WOODS. WOULD LIKE TO LIVE IN A LOG CABIN WITH A FIRE PLACE INSTEAD OF GAS OR ELECTRIC. I'D SELL MY COMPUTER FOR A CHANCE TO LIVE THE REST OF MY LIFE IN THE WOODS. I LOVE NATURE,HOWEVER, I JUST CAN'T BRING MYSELF TO KILL ANY ANIMAL NOT EVEN TO LIVE I'D HAVE TO HOOK UP WITH A FELLA THAT COULD DO THAT ALONG WITH SKINING & COOKING WILD GAME I DON'T KNOW HOW & REALY DON'T WANT TO LEARN. I STILL COULD LIVE IN THE WOODS AS LONG AS I COULD GET TO A MARKET TO BUY MY MEAT THE VEGIES I CAN GROW & KNOW HOW TO COOK THEM. SO VERY SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR WIFE IT MUST BE VERY HARD FOR YOU. I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHERE YOUR WOOD ARE. I LOVE THE WOODS & ALL THE OUTDOORS HAS TO OFFER. I ALSO LOVE WATCHING & FEEDING THE BIRDS HOWEVER THESE DAYS THERE AREN'T VERY MANY AROUND JUST MAY BE TO COLD FOR THEM NOW. HOWEVER, NOW & THEN THERE IS A OPUSUM THAT COMES TO VISIT & I THROW OUT AN APPLE FOR HIM OR HER. I'M NOT MUCH FOR FISHING OR HUNTING BUT DO ENJOY HIKING & TENT CAMPING WHEN I CAN. IT'S GOOD THAT YOU STAY BUSY THAT WILL HELP WITH THE DEPRESSSION. I LIVE IN OKLAHOMA HOWEVER PLAN TO RELOCATE TO SEWARD NEBRASKA NO LATER THAN 2022. I'M ACTUALLY TIRED OF NOT SEEING SNOW. WE ALL NEED THE SNOW TO KILL OF ALL THE FLEAS, TICKS, LICE & THE OTHER BOTHERSOME INCECTS. I'M A WHITE FEMALE OF 67 5' 6" YEP! I'M AN OLD LADY BUT STILL VERY STRONG & NOT MUCH CAN PUT ME DOWN FOR VERY LONG. I'VE BEEN SINGLE SINCE 2016 WHEN I LOST MY SIGNIFIGANT OTHER TO HEART FAILER. STILL MISS HIS LAUGH SMILE & FUNNY WAYS.
