I have been feeling sad and depressed since my sister's passing a month a go due to a sudden major stroke. Since we put her to rest two weeks ago, I have been too depressed to do anything and feel very unproductive. I live alone and only have the overwhelming need to connect and chat with someone. I am now concern about my own health as I come from a family with a history of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. I am at the age when my sisters had their first heart attack and stroke. Trying to eat more healthy and avoid saturated fat. But seems like everything has saturated fat, including the things that are supposed to be good for us, such as salmon, nuts, and dark chocolate. There is the concern for mercury when you eat too much fish, and antibiotics with too much chicken. Now I don't know what is good to eat.
