Notifications Number

I'm still a relative newbie and am puzzled by the number given for notifications. This number is currently three more than the number of unread forum notifications so when I clear the unread ones I'm left with three that I can't locate - nothing I do seems to change the number. What am I missing? Keith

Hello Keith, A member of our tech team has checked your account and can see no outstanding notifications. Notifications should clear when you either: click the red cross to ignore the notification, or click to view the notification .. hope this helps .. Best wishes, Sally 🙂

Thank you Sally. A minor mystery remains. Indeed I get a message saying that I have no unread forum notifications. However a note on a red bar at the bottom of the screen announces 2 Notifications. When I have, say, N unread forum notifications this number increases, though not always by the same amount, so it might be N+2, N+3 or more.

I have just had it checked again KEITH_WL and there was a bug in the system, which has now been cleared, so hopefully it is working as it was designed to, now. Apologies, and do let me know how you get on. Many thanks Sally 🙂

Hello wigsywoo62 ... there seemed to have been a bug in the notifications area, which has now been fixed ... let me know if this is now working for you? Many thanks
Sally 🙂
