Seeing what I can't explain

Been about 16 years since I saw them. Shadow people I believe they're known as? Scared me at first. Jumped out of bed three times and turned the light on to assure myself I wasn't dreaming. No, they kept coming back instantly in the dark.


Has anyone else here experienced this?

Oh yeah, I see and hear things and am the point where I am thinking this is quite normal. I get spirits telling me how they die and sometimes they like to show me. There is nothing like seeing headlights coming straight for you, at 3 am while you are in bed. I do a lot of jumping out of bed. It feels like spirits are more comfortable coming to chat in the wee hours of the morning and in the dark. I had to put a stop to it because I couldn't take so much excitement.
