Hi, I’m English, female and new to the site and not as young as I was but still have a zest for life and travel on a budget (I backpack - well I pull my luggage - and use hostels and local transport). I am currently in Egypt looking for a travelling companion to join me in India to share some or all of my time there (I arrive in New Delhi on 25th January 2019 and return to the UK from Trivandrum on 22nd March). I have no definite plans yet but aim to see Agra, maybe Varanasi, Rajasthan, Mumbai, Goa and Kerala - open to any options. There must be someone out there who fancies leaving behind grey skies and the cold for sun and warmth! Gill

I am a healthy, fit, professional Canadian who likes to have fun. Travel is one of my passions (along with dancing). I have traveled quite extensively but mostly for work and almost always I travel solo. I am easing out of my work-life and looking for a travel partner to explore parts of the world I have not yet seen. I am looking for a healthy, active, worldly male who is interested in nature and adventure and has the means and interest to travel.

Hi, I'm a young and energetic (well mostly) 53 year old and I'm itching to go skiing this winter, if possible Feb/March time. I, don't mind where, although probably Europe is the best option. I haven't been skiing for 6 years but would love to go again. My partner doesn't ski and I don't really fancy going on my own. If anyone is interested in having a skiing buddy for a week, let me know 🙂

Hi CathyB2, if you don't find a skiing partner to go with I can highly recommend a company called Skivo2 who operate in Le Praz, Courchevel - which is still a stone built village with a community but still has a couple of bars, a hotel, and cheese shop, etc., (not a purpose built ski resort like Courchevel 1850). Skivo offer some 'singles' weeks, not like ski-dating (ha ha, just made that one up) but for people who don't have anyone to go skiing with, so everyone gets to know each other. They offer lessons 5 days a week (for 2 hours, thrown in with the price of the holiday) with British BASI instructors, so you will meet other people during your lessons, as well as the bunch you are in the chalet with, which should give you people to ski with after lessons. From a safety point of view I wouldn't recommend being up on the mountain on your own. We're going mid March.

Kenya safari anybody??? Any time.
Response from Patzi made on 2nd Dec 2017 19:11:33
Sounds interesting have you got it planned?
Response from LesleyG8 made on 2nd Dec 2017 20:13:25
Hi Patzi,

No, nothing planned until I find somebody to go with. I can go just about any month of the year although Safaris are probably best from August to November.
Have you had a look online at some of the Safaris and the prices. They aren't cheap but you do get a guide to take you around.
Are you able to go in the Autumn? Where do you live? I am in Suffolk, UK.

Hi I am a young 67 and would love to travel more as not done much since I lost my husband. Willing to try anything and go anywhere with someone as just don't want to do it on my own. Cruising appeals to me. Can travel at any time,

Hi Everyone I am looking for a lady to share a cabin with me on a cruise to Costa Rica in January 2018. This is all booked and I was traveling with a friend but unfortunately, she has sustained an illness which will almost certainly preclude her from travelling. I am a young, active 80yr old, very sociable and easy going, people usually think I am at least 10yrs younger. I have travelled extensively and am in good health. This is a 12 night cruise, stopping at ports all around Costa Rica, giving people the chance to enjoy the flora and fauna, rain forests, beaches etc which Costa Rica is famed for. The cruise is fully All Inclusive with a very reputable company. If anyone is interested, please send me a Private Message with contact details and I will explain further
