I've just done a ten minute session of Pilates. I normally go to classes and dont know how the teacher stretches the class to an hour. I seemed to whizz through it. I am really worried about the time I've spent just sitting over the last few weeks. Watching TV, knitting and reading are all sitting activities. We live in a hilly area so I am not keen on walking around here.

I agree. Also my phone use has gone off the wall. Do get my dog out for exercise once a day but other than that tend to just sit here watching tv. Maybe I need to turn it off and put the radio on

Nice to hear from you. I'm still sitting too much, but yesterday I hoovered the garage! That's a first but it was a great way to get rid of the cobwebs. My son tells me he is listening to audio books while walking for miles.

I spend hours up a tree - my family tree, there's also forums related to genealogy you can join. Surprising what you find 🙂

Could you use the time to learn something new? It's amazing what's on the net - I'm learning basic Romanian (don't ask!), but type anything from sewing to nuclear physics, and there'll be someone out there with blogs or videos to guide you.
