How do I spend my spare time
Watch this postAs hobbies and interest go I would be seasonal in what I attempt. Autumn makes me think ( filling my freezer ). At the moment I am using different fruits that I have foraged this autumn. Today I have made freezer cheese. Using blackcurrants, apple and blackberry and plums. This is setting now in little ramekins.
I will freeze them later tonight. The ramekin size is so handy. I find one pound jars much to large. I look forward to using what I have made.
Letting the fruit cheese sit and mature will make it more tasty. Not for long though!!!

In my freetime I like baking and cooking. My daughter's favorite dessert is my homemade roll.
Haha, it reminds me of a really funny joke 😀

anyway enjoy your visit to the herb garden, I too sometimes forage when I am camping wild, the young fiddle heads from ferns go into the pot ,. the leaves of the Ramson ( wild garlic ) that give off that distinctive aroma in the woods during early summer, ,which are nice chopped up as part of a salad, and tea made from pine needles. rich in vitamic c. natures bounty eh !
Many years ago my niece was getting increasingly angry with her mother-in-law telling her how to bring up her children. She responded by telling her she wouldn't take the advise as she had married one of her mother-in-laws children and she wasn't that impressed at her parenting - ouch.
