New member today typing with Arthritic hand
Watch this postHi Anyone nice to meet you all, I am on vacation in the UK, but live now in Nokomis Florida. In fact my vacation is really an excuse to wait for the birth of my first grandchild then the second one a day later from my other child. What an exciting time.
I am here typing with Arthritis in my left hand. Does anyone know any exercises that can help with the numbness and pins and needles?

What exercises have you been trying so far? Hopefully it's nothing too tasking because some of the most effective workouts tend to be the most basic. The idea is to maintain some mobility while keeping it gentle.

I'm not medically qualified but you mentioned numbness and pins and needles in your hand and I wondered if it could be a sign of repetitive strain injury or a trapped nerve in your neck. Helpful article on the following website - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/repetitive-strain-injury-rsi/
