Pineapple Face Mask

Just wanted to share a simple DIY face mask that I tried yesterday on my dry skin. I just rubbed a piece of fresh pineapple on my face (avoiding the lips and eye area), let it sit for 10 minutes, and washed my face with a mild soap. Then, I applied moisturizer on my face and voila! My skin was glowing the whole day :).

Wow! pineapple is a storehouse of Vit C, bromelain & antioxidants. So you only need to rub fresh pineapple all over your face?

I now avoid eating pineapple, kiwi, and grapefruit as they seem to burn my mouth. I googled it, it appears certain fruits have a slight reaction with proteins, so I can believe pineapple has smoothed your skin.

Thanks for the tip, it is bound to be healthier than chemicals.
