Ben Needham

After 25 years looking for Ben Needham who went missing when he was 21 months old, Police now believe he died the day he disappeared, run over by the local digger driver who was clearing the land behind the farmhouse. The digger driver passed away a year ago. Thery're appealing for new witnesses. The parents spent 25 years believing he was abducted, only to hear he died at their holiday home.  What a Tragic story

It makes me feel so angry because if he died and it was an accident they should've just said straight away and he could of been laid to rest, his parents, family and friends could of grieved and they eventually would have started rebuilding their life's. They have lived in hope for all these years and now the hopes have been destroyed....it's so sad it makes me want to cry

I heard today that despite the fact the the police have announced that they believe that little Ben died accidentally at the time his poor family are still not convinced and will go on searching for the truth. Who can blame them without any more evidence than a toy car. My heart goes out to them, they are living every family's nightmare.

I agree. Its been badly investigated all along, and if his poor mother hadn't fought for 25 yrs she would still know nothings. It's a shambles ! My heart goes out to them
